I think I might be having issues with my Chrome plugins.

Sorry about the issue. Can you try this in Chrome?

1) On your computer, open Chrome.
2) At the top right, click Menu Menu.
3) Choose Settings.
4) At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
5) In the "Privacy section," click Content settings.
6) In the "Plugins" section, choose the option:
Run all plugin content: Chrome will run all up-to-date plugins.

    Hi Support

    I tried but no workie.  I have a Mac and not sure if that may be an issue?

    Would love to hear from you.  Jeff Roth told me he would help a few months ago.  I'm home now and would love to get this issue resolved.
